Modular steam boiler plant.

Challenge

Provide a new steam boiler plant while maintaining operation of the existing plant. Site was limited to off hour work only to maintain daily operations with no down time.

Solution:

Our engineers worked closely with the AE firm and the University to finish the project design and move into a modular off-site construction to reduce the overall project schedule. This eliminated the need for a disruptive on-site construction process, and the need for the hospital to add additional building footprint.
