2700 sqft. custom mechanical platform and penthouse. Integrated systems for chilled water, hot water, clean compressed air, steam, general HVAC, and lab HVAC.

Challenge

Integrate all systems with limited interference to the building and work in a collaborative effort with the design team and general contractor.

Solution

Fully integrated mechanical and electrical infrastructure for an off-site build.
Coordinated the platform details to minimize column interference within the building.
Supplied platform utilizing trusses to better package piping and conduit for a safe working surface, and reduce weight.
Included the BMS infrastructure and lab control systems in addition to above roof systems.
